Delete account

You can delete your Zorlin account and the data linked to it at any time. There are two ways.

01Delete it in the app

1. Open Zorlin and sign in to your account.
2. Go to the SEN (You) tab in the bottom menu.
3. Tap HESABI SİL (Delete account) at the bottom of the page.
4. In the confirmation sheet, tap EVET, SİL (Yes, delete).

Deletion happens immediately and can’t be undone. When it’s done, a confirmation email is sent to the address on your account.

02Ask by email

If you can’t access the app, send an email from the address on your account to [email protected] with the subject “Account deletion request”. Once we’ve confirmed the request comes from the account owner, we’ll delete your account and let you know. We complete requests within 30 days at the latest.

03What gets deleted

• Your account: email address and password (Supabase Auth)
• Your user record: level, language you’re learning and native language
• All words in your Deck, with their save times and review counters
• Your progress records on the server

04What stays

• Your email in Brevo: The address added to Brevo for the welcome email when you created your account isn’t removed automatically. Write to [email protected] if you want it deleted.
• Settings on your device: Your notification and autoplay sound preferences live only on your phone and are removed when you uninstall the app.

05If you never created an account

Without an account, we don’t have your email address on the server. Your saved words sit in an anonymous record linked to a random device ID. If you want that record deleted, write to [email protected].
